Why are Reiki Session on hold from 2025-2026?

Our Clinic it's Reiki Clinical Services to the lovely Portland Oregon! We are so excited to open our clinic doors in early 2026 with more services than ever before! Unfortunately, this means that our Reiki Practitioner is leaving Texas and going to our Portland clinic. Although Texas will miss Kaya, we understand that she will be helping her clients to feel their best. If you are interested in seeing her in Portland, make sure you check out the National fairs where Ravenwolfe has attended that is based in Portland! Watch our Social Medias for more.

Why am I required to do an initial consult?

Our initial consult is 15 minutes long, but we do hold payment should you run over as we want you to be able to openly discuss concerns with your practitioner. During this consult you will talk with your practitioner to explore what you would like to get out of your sessions, if your goals are achievable and if you and your practitioner are a good fit. As each session will be dealing with intimate issues, we want you to be as comfortable as possible with your practitioner.

How much are counseling sessions?

A one hour session range from $65.00 and up, with increases on 15 minute intervals, prices are based on your state and the experience, education and specialty of your practitioner. We do offer sliding scale options for clients, please reach out to our office for eligibility criteria.

How much are Reiki sessions?

A one hour session starts from $60.00- $65.00, but we do offer a reduced fee at local Holistic fairs at a rate of $45.00, make sure to follow our social media for updates .

Do you accept insurance?

Some of our practitioners accept insurance, and all accept HSA/FSA. Due to our sliding scale options, we can get your sessions to at or below your co-pay costs without taking away from the number of visits insurance allows, and more time in each session than insurance allows. This allows our practitioners to be more attentive to you without the threat of sessions ending without results.

What payment methods do you take?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay(in person), Samsung Pay(in Person), Google Pay(in person), HSA, FSA, and cash; we are no longer accepting cheques. We do hope to begin accepting Care Credit in 2025.

How can I do a session during COVID?

Due to COVID, we are currently offering in home or virtual sessions only for most of our pracitioners and mobile onsite for our massage therapists. Our counselors are able to use many digital platforms in order to best serve you.

How long are Reiki sessions?

A treatment can be as little as 45 minute minutes, but can go as long and an hour and a half.

Are you feeling ill, or have flu like symptoms?

Due to COVID, if you test positive the day of your session, submit a confirmed test and we will not charge for last minute cancelations.

Why am I unable to make an appointment online with a specific provider?

If a timeframe is booked, our online appointment scheduler will not allow it.

How can I get a chiropractic appointment?

Currently Kaya is not taking any chiropractic patients whilst she finishes her doctorate in Gonstead Chiropractic Care, we highly recommend some great chiropractors that have been her mentor and her inspiration(see list below).
